Sensei Charlie Meyers
Sensei Myers started the Martial Arts over 20 years ago under Sensei “Dr. Rock” Lewis, which gave him the opportunity to learn karate in a unique way. Since then, he has trained and taught consistently and has done a lot to spread the benefits of martial arts to everyone around. He has taught hundreds of men, women and children, including students with ADHD and those who were mentally or physically impaired.
Over the years, Sensei Myers has implemented numerous programs in addition to the karate program, such as tae-bo, pilates, weight training, positive reinforcement parties and many of other fun and helpful programs.
Sensei serves as a mentor to students and non-students alike and has helped with topics such as bullying, divorce, stealing, lying, behavior, molesting, and domestic violence. He has also been invited to participate in many career fairs.
